Our Works for Your Travel Safety
As always, the safety of our guests and colleagues is our highest priority. We apply cleaning and hygiene standards in our hotels within the framework of procedures. In response to the corona virus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with our international health & safety advisory company and local public health officials to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols more rigorous. First of all, our personnel start to work after passing health checks and body temperatures are measured with laser thermometers while enterring to the hotel. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of public areas; places such as toilets, elevators and door handles are disinfected with a 1000 ppm chlorine solution every half hour. The places that are touched every day in our guest rooms (telephone, television control, taps, toilet and door handles) are disinfected with 1000 ppm chlorine solution. In addition, the room air is disinfected with the ozone generator after disinfection in each check-out room. We increased the number of disinfectant units in the general area, restaurants, toilets and staff areas.
We will continue to produce healthy and hygienic food. We increased personnel hygiene trainings, and the distribution of antibacterial hand soap and disinfectants to the highest level.
During check-in, we will ask our valued guests complete a short health questionnaire.
